Jeep City Shipping Policy
Please allow 2 – 5 working days for processing. Orders are only shipped once Jeep City have been in contact via email.
All our products do not include the shipping fee, shipping fees will be shown in check out area. If items are large and bulky please contact us for a shipping quote. International customer please contact us for an international shipping options- best contact email is jeepcity@bigpond.net.au
Australia Post Due to current conditions and limitations of freight availability, please allow additional time for delivery. All orders will be posted using Australia Post. A selection is available on check out for normal or express delivery. Please note Australia post cannot guarantee express delivery times. Tracking Numbers will be provided once shipped.
TNT/Fedex via Big Post One of our freight forwarders delivers the larger bulky items for Jeep City. Anything over 35kg must be palletised and shipped accordingly. Anything under 35kg can be left somewhere safe at your home if your not available for delivery. Options include Business to Business deliveries where the recieving business has access to a fork lift for over 35 kg loads,this negates extra costs to you for tailgate lifting deliveries. Also Depot to Depot options are available, meaning pickup at your closest depot if the reciever cannot unload safely with a forklift over 35kgs

Direct Shipping in some instances Jeep City reserves the right to ship direct from a supplier or seller to reduce the shipping times for its customers. In these instances different freight companies could be used and tracking numbers may vary. You will be notified by email if your order becomes a direct ship.
Damaged Products
All products are packed with additional care to help ensure they are not damaged during shipping. Please not that Jeep City is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping.
