Please read through our return policy carefully, prior to purchasing.
The Jeep City, return and refund policy lasts for 30 days from the day of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to refund or exchange any products.
For items that are eligible for return, they must be unused and in the same conditions they were at the time of delivery including original packaging. For a return to be processed a receipt and/or proof of purchase must be supplied.
Partial refunds may be granted if items are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts
Refund Process
Please email our customer service team to discuss starting a refund on jeepcity1@gmail.com. After contact with a member from Jeep City , they will advise if the item can or needs to be returned. If the item needs to be returned to Jeep City for it to be inspected please send items toJeep City 35 Brooks Road Bywong NSW 2621 The expense of posting the item back for a return or refund is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received back an email will be sent back to notify you that it has been returned. An email notification will also be sent to notify if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund has been approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. The refund may take a number of days to appear back in the account, please contact your bank to further details
Sale Items
If an item is purchased on sale, please note that it cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Items can only be exchanged should they be damaged upon arrival. If you require an item to be exchanged please email jeepcity@bigpond.net.au
Returns
Items are to be returned to 35 Brooks Road Bywong NSW 2621. Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning at any time. Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).
